This Privacy Policy explains how Bronx CRE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a commercial real estate brokerage operating at bronxcre.com, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website or contact us. Our office is at 2024 Williamsbridge Road, Suite 7, Bronx, NY 10461.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and limited technical information needed to run the site.

  • Contact and inquiry details. When you submit a website form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company (if provided), and message, along with related details you share about a property or listing of interest (for example space size, intended use, or timing).
  • Property and listing context. If you inquire from a listing or search page, we may associate your submission with that property or page so we can respond accurately.
  • Usage and technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting environment (including Cloudflare where used for delivery and security) may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use Google Maps on listing and map views, which may process location-related technical data under Google’s terms. We do not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar third-party marketing analytics tags on this site.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide brokerage services
  • Follow up by phone, email, or text when you have asked us to (or otherwise consented)
  • Maintain records in our CRM and related business systems
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Comply with legal and professional obligations

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, email delivery, CRM, maps, and messaging platforms), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS and text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Bronx CRE, we use your mobile number to send responses about property inquiries, tour scheduling, listing updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for basic operation, security, or embedded map functionality. We do not use a separate marketing analytics cookie suite on this site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect map or other features.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage an ongoing brokerage relationship, meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, or resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information). California residents and others with similar rights may submit a CCPA-style request or opt-out request by emailing [email protected] or calling 929-209-5200. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You can also stop marketing texts as described above and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (transactional messages about your inquiry may still be sent).

Children

Our services are directed to adults engaged in commercial real estate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
