Anthony Mameli is a commercial real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Bronx CRE, a Bronx-focused brokerage and advisory firm specializing in commercial real estate, nonprofit organizations, educational facilities, development sites, and investment properties.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Anthony has built his business around helping organizations navigate complex real estate decisions throughout the Bronx and New York City. A significant part of his practice is dedicated to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations—including charter schools, childcare providers, social-service organizations, and community-based institutions. His work has included site selection, leasing, acquisitions, property dispositions, development strategy, and the structuring of complex long-term real estate transactions.

Through Bronx CRE, Anthony has developed particular expertise at the intersection of real estate, education, community development, and local land-use issues. His approach combines traditional relationship-driven brokerage with market research, property data, and an understanding of how zoning and neighborhood development can affect organizations and property owners.

Anthony is also an entrepreneur in real estate technology. He has developed proprietary data and automation tools to improve how his brokerage researches properties, tracks market activity, manages relationships, and advises clients—keeping relationships and community knowledge at the center of the business.

He remains actively involved in the Bronx business community and is particularly interested in initiatives that strengthen local institutions, expand access to education and community services, and support the continued economic development of the borough.

Mario Giugliano is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson and commercial real estate agent at Bronx CRE, focusing on development sites, investment sales, and commercial leasing throughout the Bronx and New York City.

An entrepreneur at heart with a strong work ethic, Mario built his foundation working in his family’s flooring and construction business. That hands-on experience gave him a practical understanding of how buildings are built, maintained, and repositioned for long-term value—and it shapes how he evaluates opportunities through both an ownership and development lens.

Mario is client-forward in every engagement. He works closely with property owners, investors, developers, and business operators to identify opportunities, analyze assets, and navigate an evolving New York real estate market—combining disciplined research with a commitment to long-term relationships.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from St. Joseph’s University and studied business management at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Fluent in Italian, Mario brings business education, construction experience, and local market expertise to a diverse client base across New York City.
